16oz sirloin steak sliced thin⠀
1 red onion ⠀
2 red chilis sliced⠀
2 green chilis sliced⠀
Coconut aminos ⠀
Steak Rub and Garlic and Herb Salt⠀
Slice the steak first, sprinkle some Coconut aminos and garlic salt, mix around with your hand and let sit.⠀

1) Half the red onion and thick slice each half, slice up the chilis.⠀
2) Add some olive oil to your skillet, lay in the steak strips one at a time flat, don't over crowd. Couple minutes, Flip, set aside. ⠀
3) After your batches of steak are done, add a little butter to your skillet and throw in the veggies. ⠀
4) Put steak on a cutting board and rough chop.⠀
5) Fry the veggies while mixing around for about 10 minutes, throw in the steak, add some steak rub and garlic salt , mix to combine, fry for another few minutes , turn off heat, sprinkle some shredded mozzarella on top and let melt.
