Keilbasa and Shrimp Skillet

Ingredients

1 1/2 pkgs Hillshire Fram kielbasa ⠀

1 lb shrimp, liberally coat with Cajun seasoning ⠀

1 can diced tomatoes ⠀

1 bag of frozen peppers and onions⠀

1 tbsp Italian seasoning ⠀

Salt pepper to taste⠀

Directions

1) Slice up the kielbasa, add about a tbsp of butter, and get some color on em in the hot skillet. Set on a paper plate.⠀
2) Add the shrimp to the same skillet. Fry for just a couple minutes a side. Throw on top of the kielbasa on the paper plate.⠀
3) Throw the veggies in , fry for about 7 minutes, add the can of diced tomatoes, liquid and all.. ⠀
4) Add the Italian seasoning and mix in. Let simmer for about 10 minutes, dump in the kielbasa and shrimp. Mix in a bit and cover, turn heat to low and simmer for about 20 mins. Salt pepper to taste.... ⠀
