Heat up that cast iron⠀⠀

2 pkgs kielbasa
3/4 of a head of cabbage⠀⠀
1 med sweet yellow onion⠀⠀
8 slices of bacon (save the fat from the skillet)⠀⠀
2 tbsp butter ⠀⠀
Garlic seasoning ⠀⠀
Salt pepper to taste
1) Get the bacon fried up. Save the rendered fat in a coffee cup.⠀⠀
2) While the bacon is frying, slice up the kielbasa and onion. ⠀⠀
3) After you pour out the bacon fat, add a tbsp of butter, then add the onions. Fry for about 5 minutes while mixing around. This will deglaze the bacon bits. Then add the kielbasa. Fry til you have good color while mixing occasionally .⠀⠀
4) While the kielbasa is doing it's thing, core the cabbage, and get it chopped up with the bacon.⠀⠀
5) After the kielbasa is done, dump into a med steel bowl.⠀⠀
6) Add 1/4 cup of the bacon fat to the skillet, dump in the chopped cabbage. Sprinkle about a tbsp of garlic seasoning on and add 1 tbsp of butter, fry til cooked down and just tender. ⠀⠀
Dump into the kielbasa bowl, add the chopped bacon and mix
